Walk the house. Leave with a price you can defend.
Type each room as you tape it. Sheenbid turns square feet into hours at your rates, adds prep, orders the paint and prices at your margin. Quote's done before you're back in the truck.
No card for trial. Solo $39/mo after.

One job, start to finish
The price comes from hours. The hours come from your crew.
Rooms in, hours out
Length, width, height, doors, windows, coats, condition. Openings come off the wall. Poor rooms run 35% slower and get 3.5 hours of prep.
The cost you carry
Wage plus payroll burden, overhead per hour for the truck, insurance and phone, paint at your supplier's price with sundries and tax. Under 20% margin, it warns you.
Paint by product and color
Gallons per product with 10% waste. A pail only when it's cheaper than five singles. Each color rounds up on its own, because the store mixes them separately.
A quote the client reads
"Living room: walls, ceiling, trim, 1 door, 3 windows (2 coats, SW 7029 Agreeable Gray)." Scope, exclusions, deposit and balance on one printed page.
Rates that tighten up
Log actual hours when the job's done. You see your real sq ft per hour, real margin and win rate, and which rate to move.
Same math as the spreadsheet
Runs the Sheenbid Interior Estimator's formulas and is tested against the workbook's own results. Type your Rates tab in once and the prices line up.
Living room 18 × 14 × 9, Fair, 2 coats
wall 2×(18+14)×9 − 21 − 3×15 = 510 ft²
hours (510×2/175 + 252×2/130 + 64×2/55
+ 1 door + 3 × 0.75) × 1.15 = 17.6
prep Fair room + 1.5
= 19.1 hrs
Whole job: 80.8 hrs, $1,158.52 materials
labor 80.8 × $34.16 (28 + 22% burden)
overhead 80.8 × $12
cost $4,886.25 ÷ (1 − 0.30)
+ 15% markup on materials
price $7,154 → rounded $7,150

Questions painters ask
- My rates aren't your rates.
- They shouldn't be. Every rate, multiplier and prep time is yours to change, and the job log shows what your crew really does.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes, in the browser. Rooms stack into cards on a phone. Quickest on a tablet.
- Exterior?
- Not yet. Interior repaints first. Siding and exterior trim rates are next.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Billing. No contract, no onboarding fee.
